Stormcrow Entertainment is a production company dabbling in all aspects of film and new media. Stormcrow was formed in 2005 by the producers of RINGERS: LORD OF THE FANS an award-winning documentary covering 50 years worth of pop culture directly influenced by J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings". After a smash film-festival run that began in Park City and ended with receiving top honors at the Newport Beach Film Festival, RINGERS was acquired by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and distributed worldwide Thanksgiving, 2005.
In late 2005, Stormcrow produced the behind-the-scenes documentaries, Rock & Ringers and The Ring Comes Full Circle, for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment DVD launch of RINGERS. The title earned a Best DVD of the Year nomination at the 2006 Saturn Awards.
Stormcrow was recently brought on board with Folkmanis Puppets, the world's largest puppet manufacturer, to produce its videos. Our Folkmanis Puppets commercial aired in New York City's Time Square during the 2007 Holiday season on the GeoffreyTron screen. This spot will also be broadcast on German television.
Stormcrow has several films in development and is also working on several new media episodic series.
